30-Day Return Window
Unused, unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: custom or special-order products, items that have been opened, used, or assembled, clearance items marked as final sale, and hazardous materials or chemicals once shipped.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at support@luxigensupply.store with your order number. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund at no cost to you.
