Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on business days are processed for same-week shipment on in-stock items. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We ship via UPS and FedEx Ground for standard orders. Expedited shipping (2-day, overnight) is available at checkout for an additional cost. Freight/LTL shipping is available for pallet-quantity orders — contact us for a freight quote.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $199 within the continental United States.
Service Area
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States (48 states). Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping are not available at this time. For freight-forwarding or bulk international inquiries, contact us directly.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. You can also view tracking status in your account dashboard.
Delivery Issues
If your shipment is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@luxigensupply.store within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
